Pam is from Thomaston, Ga. After graduating from high school she attended the University of Georgia where she met her husband Skip. Pam received a BBS in Information Management Systems and after graduation, she and Skip married in 1979 and relocated to Douglasville, Ga. There they opened a Nationwide Insurance Agency from scratch and grew it together to over a 1.5 million dollar agency. After 23 years in the insurance business and 2 children, Skip was called into the Ministry in 2004 and Pam followed.
Pam has always been in management whether it be insurance, owning a bakery, or the food industry during the Ministry years. But in 2014 she and her family were appointed to a church in north Georgia. She came back into the Nationwide Insurance family again with the Elam Agency. In 2017 Mr. Elam retired and Pam stayed as Lester Jenkins acquired the agency. So altogether Pam brings 28 years in property and casualty experience and customer service.
In her off time, Pam loves to bake, travel, and go to UGA football games and Atlanta United soccer games. She has a son, Ben, who is in the IT field, a daughter-in-law, Ann Kathryn, who is an RN, a daughter, Maggie, who attends Kennesaw State University, and a Shih-Tzu named Rascal.
